ST. PAUL, Minn. - The girls' lacrosse coach at Cretin-Derham Hall says Chloe Kinsel is the Wayne Gretzky of Minnesota girls lacrosse. That's high praise for sure, but the senior does have great vision, soft hands and a nose for the net making her a prolific scorer.
Last week, Chloe scored 12 goals and added nine assists in two wins by the Raiders, raising her point total to 66 this season. That puts her among the best in the state. Chloe's quick release has allowed her to score 38 goals to date.
Chloe will play Division III hockey for Wisconsin-River Falls, which means lacrosse is nothing more than fun for her and it shows.
She's the Raiders all-time leading scorer with 286 points in four years.
