Pittsburgh, PA (Sports Network) - For the second game in a row the Pirates won
in their final at-bat as Andrew McCutchen's RBI single with two outs in the
ninth gave the Pittsburgh Pirates a 5-4 win over the Philadelphia Phillies in
the finale of a three-game set.
With David Herndon (0-1) on the mound, Casey McGehee doubled to left to start
the inning and Josh Harrison, who came on to run, moved to third on a sac bunt
from Alex Presley, who beat the throw to first on a slow grounder to score the
winning run in the 10th inning of Saturday's victory.
After Jose Tabata struck out, McCutchen clubbed a pitch over the head of
center fielder Shane Victorino for the win.
